Business Developer

Cloud Temple is seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Division, you will be responsible for driving growth in the public sector, specifically in the health, social, and research sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a business development strategy for the health, social, and research sectors, aligned with the Sales Division's vision and market priorities.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new customers through a targeted approach, utilizing Dynamics CRM and maximizing leads from marketing operations, framework agreements, and inbound leads.
  • Manage sales cycles, leading meetings with prospects from start to finish, including needs identification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Transform opportunities into concrete projects, whether simple or complex, and actively monitor your portfolio of opportunities, managing performance and targets, and reporting progress via Dynamics CRM and at sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' successful experience in an ESN, ideally in the public sector.
  • Proficiency in prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Good knowledge of the public sector, particularly health.
  • Knowledge of IT environments, including cloud services (private and public) and facilities management.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and public procurement.
