Job Purpose

As a Sales Engineer for Power & Water Materials and Life Sciences, you will be responsible for driving sales activities for Yokogawa products and solutions tailored to the Power & Water sector, Materials/Specialty Chemicals business unit, and Life Science business unit. Your goal will be to achieve yearly targets set as objectives and key results.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Manage the overall sales process from RFQ to purchase order or contract.
  • Utilize CRM/Sales Force for opportunity logging, updates as needed, accurate forecasting, and generating monthly reports.
  • Prepare sales opportunity presentations and reports as required and report to the BU head.
  • Ensure compliance to organizational policies, ethical & legal guidelines.
  • Responsible for vendor registration and product qualification with Qatar-based end-user and contractor companies in the Power & Water sector, Materials/Specialty Chemicals sector, and Life Science sector.
  • Stay updated on market information relevant to the role's sector.
