Our innovative approach utilizes carbon nanotubes as the core components of our quantum processors, which significantly enhances performance and minimizes errors, paving the way for fault-tolerant computing.

Your Role

As a key member of the Business Operations team, the Strategic Marketing and Communications Lead will spearhead the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies that align with C12's vision. This position requires the creation of engaging narratives around our groundbreaking technology, fostering user engagement for our software product, and enhancing brand visibility in the dynamic quantum computing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Generate and disseminate high-quality content, including social media posts, press releases, blog articles, website content, and promotional materials that effectively convey our value proposition.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, and email campaigns to boost traffic and user engagement.
  • Public Relations Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry analysts, and influencers; coordinate press releases and media kits.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences to showcase our innovations and connect with industry leaders.
  • Communication Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our quantum hardware solutions and company updates, collaborating closely with Product and R&D teams to translate technical achievements into marketable content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform messaging and branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; a background in engineering or science is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications within a B2B context, ideally in the deep tech or quantum computing sectors.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation; familiarity with quantum computing or physics is a plus.
  • Self-driven and proactive, eager to learn and propose new ideas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated success in executing impactful marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in media relations is a bonus.
