The Role: Lead Business Development and Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our business development and strategic growth initiatives. As the Lead Business Development and Strategic Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ALTERNATIVE LOANS EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES IP by identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market reach and customer base.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key players in the financial technology and SME sectors.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, sales) to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and strategic growth within the financial technology or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the SME market landscape, including their needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
