Omnichannel Communications Project Manager

At Sephora, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Communications Project Manager to join our EME Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for centralizing the production of visual content for Sephora, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the production of digital assets, including omni and digital content, for the EME region.
- Ensure consistency of content with elements produced for retail in the production of omni assets.
- Follow-up of the digital animation plan, from creative brief to delivery of assets.
- Consolidate country/department requirements in terms of digital content for e-commerce sites for specific temporary needs.
- Coordinate and manage asset production for on & off-line corporate communications or events.
- Coordinate of needs linked to our curation campaigns, such as Best-seller or Novelty communications.
- Coordinate and production of on & off-line assets linked to our seasonal "travel size" communications.
- Coordinate of exchanges with content production agencies.
- Organization of product shoots, from support for shoot teams to post-production follow-up and delivery of deliverables.
- Monitoring deliverables, including retouching, translations, and formats.
- Budget management for these productions.
- Coordination of the DAM with our external partners and internal partners.
- Training in the use of the DAM for new entrants in the countries and other Sephora departments.
- Handle requests and needs of internal departments, such as internal communication or training.
- Actively monitor beauty sectors and new trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management and content production.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
