As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering value to customers through a consultative sales approach, leveraging our AI-powered SaaS platform to empower CFOs and secure cash flow generation.

About the Role:

  • Utilize your expertise in selling high-value business process solutions to surpass an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of €150K, ideally with a software vendor, specializing in Large Enterprises in France or Southern Europe.
  • Lead a consultative sales approach, delivering value to customers and maintaining a strong emphasis on new business development.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a team-oriented mindset, excelling in networking and collaboration to drive sales success.
  • Demonstrate native-level proficiency in French and fluent in English.
  • Possess a preferred qualification, including a master's degree or equivalent.

  • Within 90 days, immerse yourself in the company's vision, mission, and unique story, participating in the onboarding bootcamp.
  • Enroll in the Sidetrade Sales Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and essential skills to swiftly make a significant impact in the market.
  • Establish complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives and sales targets.
  • Craft a strategic action plan to drive your success and achieve your goals.
