Pensions Customer Support Specialist

The Pensions Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing direct contact with customers, ensuring accurate order entry within the ERP's, and providing support to commercial teams. You will also interface with credit controlling for overdues management, coordinate sample management with the Back Office team, and contribute to data collection for new customers. Bilingual in English and French, with fluent German or Italian, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge in international trade and incoterms. You will work in a dynamic environment, with reactivity and stress management during peaks of activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing direct contact with customers
- Ensuring accurate order entry within the ERP's
