Job Description:
We are looking for a Packaging Team Leader (M/F) to join our clients in the poultry industry on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will manage a team of 50 individuals within a production workshop, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing operations while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and objectives.Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Strategically planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling production lines, utilizing available human and material resources while adhering to specified instructions.
- Ensuring compliance with production standards (productivity, efficiency, hygiene, quality, safety, basic maintenance, etc.).
- Playing a pivotal role in defining and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engaging with relevant departments (scheduling, maintenance, etc.) to address production challenges and collaboratively seek solutions.
- Promoting effective communication through established practices.
- Supporting the development of team members (training, onboarding, etc.).
- Enhancing team dynamics to improve working conditions and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and procedures.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts (6:00 am - 1:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
Compensation Package:
Competitive salary based on qualifications (13-month salary) + Profit sharing + Retirement savings plan
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in food processing, production management, or equivalent experience. Previous leadership experience in an industrial environment is essential.
