About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global business leaders and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules of our global business leaders
  • Coordinate actions and instructions, both internally and externally
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips
  • Provide administrative and accounting support, including expense management and document preparation
  • Prepare and maintain files and records

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Fluency in English and French
