Accounting & Tax Manager Job Description

Sidel is seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accounting and tax activities in our site, ensuring full compliance with international and local standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize our accounting and tax operations.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures, and corporate governance rules.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Controlling teams to drive finance performance.
  • Drive change and lead initiatives linked to company strategy, including quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance or audit.
  • 10+ years of finance management experience in an international environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in audit.
  • Change management experience.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Digital acumen and implementation experience in automation AP/AR.
  • English fluency.
