Key Account Manager

Energy Pool is a leading player in the energy transition, providing innovative services and software solutions for optimizing distributed energy resources.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directly managing one or several key accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Requirements:

  • Engineering or business school degree with a strong background in technical and commercial subjects
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the tendering field
  • Bilingual in French and English, with proficiency in another European language
  • Strong knowledge of the energy sector and its stakeholders
