About the Job

Are you a technical expert looking for a challenging role that combines your passion for cloud computing with your ability to communicate complex ideas to customers?

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) - G48. As a TAM, you will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

- Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
- Provide technical guidance to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
- Proactively keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy

Requirements

- 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
- Experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry, including knowledge of GxP and regulations
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team member(s)
