Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our international network of independent law firms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our expansion strategy, working closely with our Board of Directors, member firms, and external partners to enhance our network's offerings and presence in the international legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our expansion strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with our Board of Directors, member firms, and external partners to enhance our network's offerings and presence
  • Establish a strong presence within the first month, representing our organization at regional meetings and key events
  • Communicate our organization's vision, values, and strategic goals to stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase membership and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our marketing specialists to enhance our organization's visibility through strategic messaging
  • Assess current processes and implement strategic adjustments to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration or law
  • Significant experience in a senior management role, ideally within the legal or non-profit sector
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans
  • Strong understanding of financial strategies and performance metrics
  • Proficient in using modern technologies and software to enhance business efficiency
  • Fluent in English, with multilingual abilities a plus
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and situational intelligence
