Join Our Team as a Senior Business Development Executive

Redstone Private Banking Search is a leading provider of search solutions for the international private banking and wealth management markets.

We are working with a prominent international Private Bank, present in key locations worldwide, to expand their US presence and hire a number of Senior Private Bankers this year.

Leverage the Bank's sophisticated financial and non-financial options to offer personalized wealth management services to US and international clients.

Work in cooperation with the Bank's global offices to provide a full and bespoke client service, utilizing the international capabilities and expertise of the team.

A successful Client / Investment advisor with a hunter mentality and a track record of business development or client acquisition is required to manage a portfolio of U/HNW clients from the US, Europe, or LatAm.

Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with U/HNW clients from the US, Europe, or LatAm.
  • Leverage the Bank's financial and non-financial options to offer personalized wealth management services.
  • Work in cooperation with the Bank's global offices to provide a full and bespoke client service.
  • Manage a portfolio of U/HNW clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven track record of business development or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
