Senior Business Partner for Revenue Operations in EMEA

The Revenue Operations team is dedicated to eliminating obstacles, fostering growth, and ensuring that our revenue organization operates within a robust framework that supports swift progress.

Your initial objectives will include:

  • Collaborating as a strategic advisor with the leadership of Chainalysis' EMEA revenue division to formulate and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Establishing a systematic and disciplined management approach.
  • Enhancing the adoption of system and process improvements by partnering with various revenue and operations teams to effectively communicate and coach at all organizational levels.
  • Mentoring your revenue colleagues on standardized go-to-market strategies, discount practices, and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning with global operations to develop and oversee the operational plan, including sales pipeline assessments, forecasting, monthly and quarterly business evaluations, budgeting, resource allocation, and annual planning.
  • Collaborating on the creation, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform critical business decisions across Chainalysis EMEA.
  • Working alongside revenue leaders to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Actively participating in Revenue Operations initiatives and contributing to team efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, strategy, and operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a methodical approach to addressing unique business challenges.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, and other relevant third-party applications.
  • A solid understanding of the public sector sales cycle is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across diverse channels.
  • A commitment to prioritizing the best interests of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
  • Experience in a growth-oriented internet/software company is a plus.
