Service Engineer - France

We're seeking self-motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of Service Engineers in France to provide exceptional client service

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Cytek instruments and equipment at customer sites.
  • Professionally manage technical needs of customers, delivering service excellence through timely and efficient communication.
  • Complete business-related transactions, including Field Service Reports and Instrument Qualification Reports.
  • Manage personal service spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • ~2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing Life Science equipment and/or integrated systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional-level English and fluency in French.

This is a full-time position with evening and weekend work required as job duties demand. Our teams are dedicated to advancing cancer and cell biology research using full spectrum flow cytometry.
