Your Role

The Client Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Client Director to foster robust client partnerships aimed at retaining, renewing, and expanding the existing client base. This position is dedicated to achieving departmental goals that enhance transaction volumes, increase the number of service locations, and promote additional offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the renewal or extension of agreements under favorable financial terms.
  • Establish and nurture strong, high-quality connections with all clients in the assigned portfolio:
    • a) Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in each local authority, including regular communication, needs assessment, and proposals for enhancements.
    • b) Engage with all clients on a monthly basis, or at least quarterly, through email or phone interactions.
    • c) Conduct a predetermined number of visits annually based on client classification.
    • d) Prepare and deliver client reports, annual evaluations, and feedback surveys.
  • Ensure that transaction volumes in each local authority align with budgetary expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to encourage clients to minimize the number of parking meters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentations and case studies that promote service adoption and the sale of additional offerings.
  • Maintain daily updates in management tools (Salesforce, quotation tracking, etc.).
  • Document meeting notes and follow up on action items post-meeting.
  • Formulate strategic action plans for a select group of clients in agreement with the Client Account Director, with objectives assessed quarterly.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to stay informed about client issues or requests and their resolutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Projects and Marketing teams.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding development requests necessary for the commercial growth of the portfolio and assist in creating and updating business cases.
  • Stay informed about market trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Assist the manager in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Adhere to processes established by management and the manager.
  • Meet annual performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of budget forecasts for the sector.
  • Collaborate with other sales and client support managers to address issues as part of a team.
  • Ensure timely reporting as requested by management.
  • Share client feedback internally to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in the enhancement of Client Management processes.
  • Ensure thorough administrative and commercial follow-up of activities.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    Undertake various ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
