Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Property Management Department, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative, legal, financial, and technical duties. You will serve as a primary liaison for the Syndicate Council, providing on-site operational support from the initiation of mandates through to their completion.

1. Client and Commercial Relations

  • Conduct property inspections to evaluate conditions, respond to owner inquiries, relay assembly decisions, and foster strong relationships with council members, among other responsibilities.
  • Organize, prepare for, participate in, and document general meetings and syndicate council sessions.

2. Technical Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to regulations, manage maintenance agreements, supervise project work, and address insurance and claims matters in accordance with assembly resolutions.

3. Administrative, Legal, and Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and monitor property budgets, manage legal actions and disputes, and maintain updated customer relationship management systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management, ideally in condominium oversight.
  • Proficiency in French (both written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated curiosity, independence, and meticulousness.
  • A strong collaborative spirit.
