Position Overview

As our Sales Lead for the UK, you will be responsible for guiding your team of UK Account Executives to achieve the next level of maturity in sales performance and strategy. You will lead the UK market, currently composed of 24 members, and contribute to our market expansion.

Sales Strategy
  1. Develop a comprehensive Sales Roadmap to drive growth and success.
  2. Analyze new markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
  3. Collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic deals and partnerships.
  4. Work closely with Marketing to achieve sales targets.
  5. Take ownership of pipeline generation and management.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform data-driven decisions.
Talent Management
  1. Participate in the recruitment process for future Sales Talents.
  2. Train, coach, and mentor the team to drive growth and development.
  3. Identify and communicate team goals, and evaluate progress towards achieving them.

Requirements

You will be the ideal candidate if you have:

  1. 6+ years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record in management or leadership roles.
  2. Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the UK market.
  3. A proven ability to drive results and achieve sales targets.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. A passion for climate action and a desire to contribute to a company that is making a positive impact.
