We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VAT Operations Manager to join our Compliance division. Key Responsibilities:- Automation of Manual Processes: Collaborate with tech teams to identify and implement automation solutions for manual VAT operations processes.
- Harmonization of Rules: Analyze and align rules across multiple legislative frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Simplification and Synergy: Review and simplify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
- Metrics and Quality Goals: Develop and track metrics to measure process quality and performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, Excel
- Experience in influencing senior leaders and technical teams to achieve business goals
- Availability to work in autonomous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in operations, compliance, or marketplace environments
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, particularly in automation and process improvement
