Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive impact at every stage of the Guest Journey, including pre-arrival research.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Proactively engage to ensure that all interactions with customers (internal or external) are constructive and pleasant.
- Approach challenges and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist in overseeing Front Office operations to establish a reputation as a leader in personalized, customer-centric service.
- Maintain a high standard of service for all hotel guests, specifically by anticipating and proactively addressing guest requests and activity bookings.
- Coordinate group arrivals, including welcome services, departures, and check-ins, while assisting with activities throughout their stay.
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy in information and billing during guest arrivals and departures.
- Previous experience in Hotel Guest Services within the Front Office and familiarity with Opera or other Property Management Systems.
- Strong time management skills.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of luxury guest expectations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Clean police record.
