**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the French market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in France.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of the French market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation.
