About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Addactis Group. As a key player in our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the French speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the French speaking markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
