ENGIE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting and Financial Management Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes within the housing and community sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of service contracts (P1, P2, P3, P4), encompassing contract creation, configuration, follow-up, and closure within legal frameworks.
- Generate invoices accurately and efficiently based on contractual terms, utilizing specialized software tools like Genesis.
- Address billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the closing of accounting activities by analyzing revenue cut-off data, including energy purchases.
- Oversee direct payments for subcontracted contracts and monitor customer payment reconciliation.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in billing and financial management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Genesis software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
