votre mission Atlantis RH cherche pour un client, entreprise générale, intervenant sur un projet d’envergure ( / M€ de travaux ) un Project Manager TCE – Luxe (H/F) sur la région de Nice. En tant que Construction Project Manager, vous êtes rattaché au Directeur Général. Vous avez la responsabilité des opérations de construction des nouveaux sites en Région. En Phase Conception Conception des projets d’un point de vue juridique, administratif, financier, délais et autorisation administratives, Ajustements éventuels au niveau du budget, des délais et des problématiques techniques rencontrées. En Phase Exécution Pilotage/Coordination des travaux de construction, Coordination des différents intervenants sur les chantiers, Garantie du respect de la sécurité des chantiers, de la qualité des travaux, des délais et du budget de l’opération, Gestion des relations administratives avec les entreprises intervenant sur le chantier, Levée des réserves jusqu’au parfait achèvement et préparer les décomptes généraux définitifs des entreprises. votre profil Issu d’une formation de type Bac Ingénieur du bâtiment minimum ou équivalent, vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire au sein d’une entreprise générale ou contractant général . Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue anglais (obligatoire).
