MISSION : ASSURER LA SATISFACTION CLIENT ET ÉVITER LE CHURN En relation directe avec la CRO, vous aurez pour missions de : Analyser et questionner le client sur l'utilisation du produit et être garant de la satisfaction. Détecter de nouvelles opportunités d'upsell / cross-sell Former les utilisateurs sur le produit. Analyser le ROI et construire des cas d'usage. Faire les remontées terrain auprès des équipes Product et Sales. VOTRE PROFIL : CSM Must have : Vous avez minimum trois ans d'expérience en tant que Customer Success Manager au sein d'une scale-up structurée. Vous êtes de nature et creuser les sujets en profondeur afin d'être capable de bien comprendre les problématiques de vos clients. Vous avez un fort sens du service client. Vous parlez couramment anglais. Nice to have : Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des problématiques liées à la Supply Chain. La maîtrise de l'allemand est un plus. MODALITÉS : Rémunération négociable selon profils et expériences : 55K€ - 65K€ + 3K€ Locaux situés à Paris 11 ou Lille. Remote friendly jusqu'à 3 jours par semaine.
