L'ENTREPRISE : LEADER DU E-LEARNINGPourquoi j’ai sélectionné cette société ? +60 collaborateurs (effectif triplé en moins d'un an ) Start-up en hypercroissance : CA doublé VS N-1 Un des leaders de l'Edtech en France Importants investissements en Marketing : +20% d'inscriptions en 6 mois Grosses ambitions : devenir le référent de son secteur BtoC + développement d'une offre BtoC Catalogue de formations doublé en 1 an Formations certifiées et reconnues par l'Etat Mon avis : Un poste pour un profil capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et de prioriser en vue d'améliorer la satisfaction client MISSION : GERER L'ENSEMBLE DE LA CUSTOMER JOURNEY DES CLIENTS AINSI QUE LE PARCOURS DE APPRENANTS Rattachée au DG, vous aurez pour principales missions de : Assurer le niveau de satisfaction des différents clients: B2B, B2C, apprenants Définir une feuille de route stratégique pour les équipes Customer Success & Customer Support et veiller à sa mise en œuvre efficace Contribuer au déploiement de la stratégie de fidélisation des clients Manager 11 personnes réparties en deux équipes : Client et Support VOTRE PROFIL : HEAD OF CSM ET SERVICE CLIENT (H/F) Vous disposez de +5 ans d'expérience réussie en management d'équipe Service client et/ou Account Management sur une verticale B2C Vous avez démontré votre capacité à analyser les données et à prendre des décisions stratégiques Vous êtes orienté client et avez le sens du service Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communicant(e) et avez un leadership naturel MODALITÉS : Rémunération selon profil : entre 60K et 70K€ de fixe + 10K de variable Avantages : participation au transport, tickets restaurant, mutuelle, etc. Remote : 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.
