YOUR MISSION : DRIVE CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND COMMERCIAL IMPACT within the UK Market As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the key partner for your portfolio of merchants, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will combine relationship management, project leadership, and commercial growth. Key responsibilities: •Onboarding & Integration: Guide new merchants through seamless integration, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a successful launch. •Product Adoption & Value Maximization: Support clients in unlocking the full potential of the product, providing guidance and resources to ensure success. •Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships, lead strategic success plans, and conduct business reviews to drive retention and alignment with company objectives. •Revenue Growth & Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, and ensure commercial success for your accounts. •Voice of the Customer: Represent client needs internally to Product, Sales, Operations, and other teams, ensuring feedback shapes future offerings. •CS Function Development: Contribute to evolving Customer Success practices, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices across the team.
