We, **Deepki**, are looking for a new** Customer Success Manager** in **Paris.**
At Deepki, the Customer Success Manager plays a key role in driving long-term adoption, customer satisfaction, and success with our platform.
The responsibilities include:
**Developing high-level account strategies** for each customer in your portfolio:
- Leading implementation and onboarding to ensure the platform meets customer needs for monitoring carbon emissions.
- Monitoring customer health and collaborating on joint action plans, which are reviewed during technical and strategic check-in with your customers.
- Identifying and addressing customer risks proactively.
- Supporting customers throughout the contract, ensuring they use the platform optimally to build lasting loyalty.
- Collaborating with Sales and Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth.
**Providing expertise in ESG**:
**Supporting internal operational excellence**:
- Streamlining internal processes.
- Gathering user and customer feedback, and contributing to the roadmap for Product developments, user manuals, and training materials for the Global CSM team.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Sense of customer contact, ideally BtoB
- Project management experience
- Quality and methodology
- Agile, able to handle complex topics
- Communication and teaching skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Interest in data and/or tech topics
- Interest in ESG issues
