**Our CADE Division (Cylinder & Accumulator Division Europe) includes 6 sites in Europe (Italy, Sweden, Poland, Germany, the UK, and France) with 310 employees. We are looking for a Division Sourcing Manager (F/M)**

**At Parker Motion System Group Division CADE, we are experts in Hydraulic Actuation, Hydraulic Accumulators, and Thermal Management. Our daily mission is to enhance performance for our customers, enabling technological breakthroughs that lead to a more sustainable and innovative future.**

**Position Summary / Job Purpose**

Manages the direction of the Divisions procurement of raw materials, parts, equipment and operating supplies required for production of the Divisions products. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprises systems throughout the procurement process. Will interact with all levels of Division management; including operational, engineering, quality control, marketing and finance. May supervise the Sourcing/Commodity Manager, Sourcing Specialist, and Buyers. Key supplier and key customer contact required.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develops long term strategies around Division's purchases of raw materials, supplies, equipment or services.
- Establishes preferred supplier selection criteria based on supplier evaluations of price, quality, delivery, certifications, and compliance with governmental procurement regulations.
- Promotes and uses strategic suppliers. Interviews, selects and negotiates with suppliers in response to material requirements/cost issues.
- Establishes procedures to leverage the companys position. Ensures purchasing strategy reflects the consistent utilization of local suppliers vs. Group strategic suppliers.
- Works with suppliers to develop and manage continuous improvement programs, addressing quality, delivery, service as well as price.
- Responsible to optimize Cash and Procurement costs, working closely with suppliers around inventory reduction, payment terms and lead times.
- Responsible for Supplier Risk Management. Will develop crisis management and supplier backup contingency programs.
- Develops and benchmarks best practices among the Divisions suppliers and maintain accurate measurements and records for evaluation of suppliers.
- Ensures purchases and capital expenditures are consistent with Division strategies and within department budgets.
- Management of 3 team members

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years Supply Chain Purchasing experience paired with experience in project management
- 4 year university degree in business, engineering, or materials management preferred
- Certification in Supply Chain management preferred

**Skills & Competencies**
- Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities
- Must have advanced computer skills and be able to understand the electronic processing
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts
- Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprises principles and practices
- Fluent in French & English
