Your mission

Our agency Onet Services Marseille Sud, is looking for a:
**Team leader F/H**

Reporting to the Site Manager, your main tasks are as follows:

- Supervising service agents and setting an example
- Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work.
- Listening to staff in order to anticipate and resolve malfunctions
- Ensure technical and administrative management of the site
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed and that PPE is used.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns
- Welcoming new recruits and temporary workers
- Carry out work in accordance with the instructions of his/her line manager, and monitor its progress and completion
- Check compliance with specifications
- Check that waste is correctly sorted and disposed of
- Maintain a permanent customer interface and answer customer questions
- Manage product and material inventories and distribution

Your assets

With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.

Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.

You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.

Computer literate (Pack Office).
