Join ABB France within the Industrial Automation division - PAEN Blending, where we design and deliver advanced blending solutions for process industries across the EMEA region. Be part of a human-sized team within a global group known for innovation and technical excellence.

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to lead the offer preparation process for the PAEN - Blending business in EMEA. You will manage a team of five and ensure the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of our technical and commercial proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the workload and priorities of the Sales Support team in coordination with the Global Proposal Manager, ensuring timely and balanced task distribution.
- Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of cost estimates and proposals, while identifying opportunities for technical and economic optimization based on proven solutions.
- Actively contribute to the preparation of budgetary and commercial offers, and participate in risk, design, and validation reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes, support team development, and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offer preparation, technical design, or project management, ideally in an international context.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and a strong interest in team leadership and development.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
