Currently, the team at our **Marseille Airport Store** is looking for a **Mobility Team Leader**. In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily operations, leading the Mobility Advisors team, handling administrative tasks, and conducting daily briefings.

What will you do and how?
- Act as the go-to person for the **Mobility Advisors Team**.
- Motivate and enhance the team’s knowledge of the **range of products** we offer our clients, ensuring top-quality service.
- Efficiently manage **rental contracts** as needed, ensuring a smooth and simple process.
- Drive **upselling opportunities** by presenting options and upgrades, enriching both the team’s knowledge and the customer experience.
- Ensure proper implementation of **sales and quality processes**, following company standards.
- Carry out **vehicle check-ins and inspections** upon return, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate **daily operations** in the office and among the Mobility Advisors team.
- Conduct **daily briefings** (taking into account fleet availability and team objectives).
- Coordinate **daily fleet availability** with subcontractors based on reservations and returns.
- Manage the team’s **schedules and shifts**.
- Identify the team’s needs and respond accordingly: onboard, mentor, and retain talent.
- Supervise and ensure the achievement of team goals.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Perform **quality and operational audits**.
