The HR department is composed of two passionate teams: the Talent Acquisition Team and the People team. Both teams partner with all our departments across the globe and are driven by collaboration, measurable results and personal accountability. **Your mission\uD83D\uDC47**

Within the People and Ops team composed of 6 people, reporting to Julie - Head of People, you will oversee Talent Management & HR operations for France, with a scope of 250 employees across 4 offices (Paris, Nantes, Limoges, Valbonne). You will be the preferred point of contact for employees and managers.

More specifically, your missions will be:
**HR Operations**:

- Support each employee during the various stages of his/her career at Equativ: management of entries and exits, trial period, addendum, etc.
- Act as a local point of contact for employees for day to day HR requests.
- Oversee our local benefits and advise on strategies to enhance our attractiveness as an employer.
- Update our HR tools (BambooHR, Lucca, etc.),reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure the compliance with HR local legislations, collective bargaining agreements, etc.
- Management of all the rules related to Health and Safety at work.
- Continuously look for new ways to lean & automate our processes.

**HR Legal**:

- Management of all the rules related to Health and Safety at work: DUER, SST training, fire training).
- Preparation of the 3 mandatory annual consultations.
- Update of our BDES

**About you**:

- You are a student from a business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in human resources.
- You have a first experience in HR.
- You have already demonstrated excellent ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing (in French and English) and to evolve in a dynamic environment.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You are rigorous and organizedYou have always shown a passion for CARE and want to work at the heart of a People function.
- You are autonomous, adaptable and have a sense of priorities.
- You wish to evolve in an international, multicultural environment, within a company culture focused on the well-being of employees.
