**Your mission**:
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to shape and execute our marketing strategy. You will be in charge of creating and delivering effective and impactful marketing campaigns in France and the UK, initially, later on in Emerging Markets.

Your role will be to build efficient marketing campaigns to achieve our user growth target and increase our conversion rates. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial, creative and selfstarter spirit.

**What you will be doing**:

- Defining, setting up and running marketing strategy
- Leading execution of the marketing plan including launch campaign, advertisement, influencer, PR, SEOs, landing page optimisation, and paid remarketing
- Driving customer acquisition strategies
- Tracking key KPIs and implementing actions to improve them
- Testing various channels, track their efficiency and allocate future marketing budgets accordingly - Leading junior marketing team members
- Tracking customers’ journey and drop off points
- Regularly brainstorming with founders on improvement initiatives

**Your Qualification**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Absolutely passionate about marketing
- French and English speaking a must
- Experience in start-ups preferential
- Experience in B2C marketing preferential
- Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills Your Attributes
- You thrive in changing environments, and you have a problem-solving approach
- Creative thinker
- Ability to lead projects independently
- Excellent attention to detail
