**Description**:
As the **HR Manager** at ScorePlay, you will take ownership of our day-to-day People operations, making sure every team member has a great experience - from their first interview to their last day. You’ll have the autonomy to improve how we do things, help us scale our processes, and play a central role in shaping our team and culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**People Operations**
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration (via Deel), and compliance with local labor laws
- Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation for efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate with EORs and PEOs to support remote and distributed teams
- Coordinate learning, development, and onboarding resources for new hires
- Proactively seek ways to improve HR processes and make things run more smoothly for the team
**Employee Experience & Culture**
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and cultural events (including company / departmental offsites)
- Help administer performance review cycles and feedback processes
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day HR questions and employee relations, escalating complex issues as needed
- Help champion well-being initiatives
**Talent Acquisition**
- Support hiring managers with the operational side of recruitment: draft and post job ads, help maintain our ATS documentation, support applicant screening, schedule and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate offers
- Help develop and refine ScorePlay’s employer brand and outreach strategies
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, people operations, office management, or a closely related role (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
- Highly organized, rigorous, and efficient - able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and speed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable, empathetic, and proactive
- Comfortable with HR systems and documentation; able to quickly learn new tools and processes
- Eager to take ownership of tasks, improve processes, and support a growing international team
- Bonus:
- Experience with HRIS, ATS (e.g., Pinpoint), EOR/PEO providers (Deel)
- Familiarity with US HR compliance or working with remote teams
- Interest in sports, media, or SaaS industries (or all three)
