**Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?** Job purpose**:
Reporting to the Sustainability & Advocacy Manager of the BU Automotive Glass Replacement, your mission is to support the organization in deploying its sustainability roadmap to become the sustainable leader in its market.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Monitor sustainability indicators (energy consumption, packaging consumption, scope 1, 2 & 3, waste).
- Support countries and cross-functional departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) in deploying the roadmap and implementing projects such as circular economy
- Prepare internal and external communication materials on the initiatives undertaken
- Assist teams with external stakeholder requests related to sustainability (such as responses to customer inquiries)
- Participate in promoting sustainability through awareness events like Sustainable Development Week, Climate Fresk, etc., as well as regular webinars or occasional team training sessions.

- A strong interest in sustainability topics and a focus on impact measurement
- Recognized interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Proactive capacity and eager to work in a team within an international and cross-functional context.
- Ability to work independently.
- Student in a Master's program at a business school or university.
- A first experience related to sustainability topics recommended
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
