As our Service Business Manager for France & North Africa, you are responsible for customer management and service sales in your region. You will manage a group of Customer Care Managers, Customer Service Coordinators, and Spare Parts Coordinators in all our industries. You will report to the Regional Service Business Manager South Europe, Middle-East & Africa.
You day-to-day will look a lot like this:
- Develop, manage and deploy a service sales plan to achieve set service sales targets (including service contracts, services and spare parts) for all installed base in the sub-region, including customer satisfaction.
- Manage, motivate and support the commercial team in your region, with external sales, internal sales and supporting roles. You drive teamwork, engagement, customer focus and pro-activeness.
- Ensure that all customer touchpoints are aligned, and defined customer journey expectation is communicated and understood to your commercial team.
- Responsible to ensure commercial escalation is done as agreed and that all persons in the sub-region commercial team know and follow the escalation process.
- Drive build-up of market and customer knowledge for the sub-region and ensure that all business intelligence and opportunity management data is up to date like CRM, customer reports, installed base and sales reports for the sub-region.

- Hold a degree in technical domain or Business Administration or similar is preferred.
- Have solid experience in leading (service) sales teams, preferably in a similar region.
- Can show your leadership abilities, being a true people manager who can guide and coach the team to grow personally and professionally.
- Have commercial experience in a B2B environment, preferably in OEM equipment (service) sales.
- Ideally have experience in the food industry
- Possess strong verbal and written skills in English and French
