We are looking for a **HR and Payroll Specialist W/M** to join the Human Resources Shared Services Team in Annecy for a **fixed term contract : 18 months starting January.**

As a key contact person in Payroll and HR admin matters for employees in France including at the head quarters, field and retail staff, you will be responsible for**end-to-end HR administration (hire-to-retire), inquiry management (customer-centric approach), and payroll processing and support.

You will support digitization initiatives that focus on empowering our own teams, as well as providing better experience to our employees (who are our main clients and key-stakeholders).

**The key areas of the role will focus on**:
**Payroll**
- Management of daily payroll activities with outsourced vendor including verification of payroll data
- Incentive and merits data consolidation, screening quality of data
- Communication to managers, employees, finance teams and auditors for payroll matters

**Personnel Data Management & Reporting**
- Management of the changes in personnel data (manager, department, title, salary, cost center, etc.)
- Absence management and recording (sick leaves, holidays, maternity/paternity leaves, special leave etc.)
- Local & global needs, providing data through Workday and payroll reports, e.g. People KPIs, salary data reporting, HR reporting for 3rd parties, legal reporting
- Document creation, filing and management, i.e. contracts, confirmation letters etc. according to country specific agreements and legislation

**Personnel services and benefits**
- Running daily activities related to health care services, personnel related insurances and personnel benefits and processing of incentives locally
- Administrative first point of contact for pensions provider, social security agencies and tax authority
