The HR department at INSEAD focuses on talent development and management, implementing strategies to attract, train, and retain top professionals. It plays a key role in promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the institution. INSEAD is seeking a **Learning Officer, Talent Development**to join our Human Ressources department. This is a **full-time, permanent position**based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France**. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home. **About the job** The purpose of the job is to support the school’s mission by coordinating holistic learning opportunities and solutions for staff globally at individual, team and organisational levels. **Your role within the team** Learning plan : create / consolidate / follow up - Co-create the learning portfolio with HRBPs + TD members - Lead the annual Training Request Campaign - Collect the upskilling requests aligned with the strategic orientations - Consolidate the requests data - Provide analysis of the data and types of requests - Advise on future training needs - Finalise the plan & contact the external partners - Activate the plan in contact with the organization (HRBPs / managers / all staff) - Organise the training sessions and liaise with staff and training organisations - Create learning communities and gather feedback following the trainings and return on experience Reporting - Check the plan delivery + budget follow up => identifying gaps and alerting when applicable - Coordinate with team to prepare monthly learning dashboard and provide analysis - Follow the learning-related metrics and reporting to analyse trends and recommend improvements Management of all legal French requirements - Coordinate the administration of employment records: tracking & analysis, French legal obligations & declarations - Identify areas of improvement in French legal audit requirements - Prepare required documents for Work Councils’ meetings - Launch, follow-up and manage the annual campaigns for “Bilan à 6 ans” and “PDD” Advisory - Support staff with all French training questions Ensuring the “on-going support” for TD team mainly focused on training part - Manage all administrative TD aspects: admin of online learning tools (LIL, Degreed, Navex ), HRLD inbox (gather information & answer), TD feedback (create qualtrics, circulate and analyse feedback forms), reservations & logistics of TD events (online & in-person), facilitation of online zoom sessions (in French), manage attendance sheets (online & in-person), inventory of pax material - Sign-up staff to trainings when needed, billing & invoicing, close collaboration with the Procurement team - Create, prepare, synchronize and manage annual calendar of Talent Development including all TD timelines: on-campus training sessions, compliance events, performance management, Professional Development Discussions, online events, French legal key dates - Develop and maintain TD standard operating procedures, ensuring they are available online for the entire TD team - SME Oracle support - BTS / Bachelor level education or equivalent with relevant expertise in Human Resources - Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, ideally within Human Resources or in an L&D function - Excellent knowledge of local French L&D legislation - Learning plan expertise (has already managed a learning plan in previous experience) - IT Savviness (experience with online training tools, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite). - Ability to influence without formal authority - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (and French for Europe campus) - Strong organisational skills - A team player & a decision maker - Diplomatic - Ability to advise and work with all departments cross organisation
