The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.

INSEAD is seeking an **Assistant Director, Recruitment and Business Development**to join our Marketing and Recruitment department. This is a **full-time, permanent**position based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France**. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

**About the job**

This role will involve a large amount of interaction with potential, senior level participants and developing and maintaining relationships with them in order to generate interest towards our GEMBA program.

**Your role within the team**
- Responsible for all recruitment and business development activities for the EMBA Programme across agreed geographical regions
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the events strategy and budget management
- Run and attend physical and online events to ensure the promotion of the GEMBA programme (Fairs, information sessions, Masterclasses, targeted events, meeting prospects face to face or online )
- Proactively contact leads assigned to convert them to applicants
- Building relationships with alumni in the region and effectively leveraging the local alumni community for marketing purposes
- Ensure a social media presence by generating content for and interact with target audience
- Building relationships with corporates and individual prospects in the region
- Take the lead for some global recruitment activities or other related projects
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic recruitment / sales manager with strong international sales / business development knowledge
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organise effectively
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment and able to quickly kick-start new initiatives
- An open mindset to work in a culturally diverse team
- Excellent command of English. Speaking another language will be a strong plus
- Flexibility to undertake travels and events outside regular office hours
