Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.
**Poste**:
Part of the Marketing department, you will report to the EMEA Senior Product Manager. In collaboration with all departments both at central and local levels, you will define and implement marketing strategies, follow up the projects and coordinate the relevant teams, and support the teams in the promotions of our products/brands.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):
- Define the main strategic pillars in coordination with the American and Japanese teams
- Define and carry out the EMEA marketing strategy across EMEA territories, ensuring that it is pertinent, innovative and applicable to all sales companies
- Ensure the coordination of the projects throughout internal teams (local Product Managers, 1st parties, licensors and other regions such as US, Japan, etc.)
- Create and manage the coordination tools (assets calendar, pre-order follow-up ) to meet all Marketing & Communication milestones
- Collaborate with local Product Managers within sales companies to develop and execute all aspects of the EMEA Marketing Plan to maximize sales
- Manage the marketing budget for each title; follow up sales in volume/value, revenue and margin
- In collaboration with EMEA Senior Product Manager, relevant Departments (eCommerce, Licensing etc.) and external partners (other licensees), work on 360° expansion of our games’ footprint within the entertainment industry
- Maintain a high level of working knowledge on the entire videogame market and its emerging marketing trends and opportunities, global entertainment market as well as macroeconomic trends
**Profil**:
- Product marketing experience preferably within a multi-national, multi-brand company
- Experience abroad such as exchange programme / Erasmus, is highly valued
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Relevant degree preferred
- Good knowledge of the videogame or entertainment industry
- Good knowledge of the Manga and Anime industry required
- Fluent English, especially written, is mandatory
- French is a plus
- Excellent understanding of marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
- Good communication skills so that you can adapt to international and various audiences
- Strong interest for the marketing field in the videogame or entertainment sectors
- Diplomatic skills
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision and without being afraid of taking initiatives
- Humility
- Willingness to travel on business required
