As a **CRM** **Manager**, you responsibilities will include:
- ** Data Analysis**: Use data insights to optimize customer segmentation, journeys, and lifetime value (conversion rate, LTV, ARPU, MAU) ;
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor the effectiveness of CRM activities, delivering regular reports to the leadership team ;
- ** Customer Journeys**:Design and optimize automated workflows and customer journeys accross different channels ;
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: work closely with sales, maketing, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
- You have a native level in **German** and ideally some knowledge of French;
- ** 1/3 years of experience as a CRM manager**;
- CRM tools**:HubSpot** or **Maileon**;
- Strong data-driven mindset;
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Conditions:
- Permanent contract (CDI) - Paris;
- Position to be filled as soon as possible;
- Salary: 36/39K base salary + 5K bonus;
- 2 days of home office per week;
- Free Day OFF on Birthday;
- Friday Day OFF all Summer long July and August;
- Flexible working arrangements.
