Apprenticeship - Global On-Trade Development (H/F)

**Want to join a fast-moving company and work among an international team?** Pernod Ricard is looking for its next apprentice in Global On-Trade Development, starting in September 2025.

**Responsibilities**

Provide support for strategic on-trade initiatives, reporting directly to the Global Customer Development manager inside the Global Customer Partnership (GCP) team - communications, digital marketing, event coordination & activations, customer development & relationship, content creation as well as some ad-hoc projects.

**Your key missions**:

- ** Support the development of customer and consumer activations**
- Support the Global Customer Development manager with recurring reports and presentations - both internal and customer facing.
- Ideate and develop brand activation solutions tailored to customer needs at both a portfolio level and specific brand level / contribute to the annual customer strategy plan.
- Act as liaison with Brand Cos and Market Cos to inform and build effective activation plans.
- Provide research and fact finding needs for marketing & commercial opportunities.
- Handle Customers platform & coordination with Tech teams.
- Generate and execute communication and interaction plans across multiple channels.
- Engage with the audience responses created by your communications.
- Create original, brand-appropriate, engaging blogs, posts, newsletters.
- Analyse engagement data, identifying trends in interactions.
- Planning digital campaigns to grow customer/consumer engagement.
- ** Event Coordination**
- Organize events for International Customers.
- Support the organization of cocktail competition & incentives program.
- ** Content Creation**
- Creation & redaction of content.
- Graphic design on Canva & Adobe.
- Video editing.
- ** Budget**
- Data Collection of Volumes & Excel consolidation.

**If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply**
- You are fluent **in English**, French is an asset.
- You have a background in marketing, sales, trade marketing, consulting, and/or project management.
- You have **strong analytical, communication, and social skills**, with a deep understanding of both Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a working familiarity with various social media platforms and relevant **social media management** platforms.
- You have knowledge of the **on-trade**, the **hospitality industry**, and **digital communications**.
- You have **a passion for other cultures** and a **strong desire to learn** in a dynamic environment.
