**Global On-Trade Development Apprentice**:
Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global On-Trade Development Apprentice, for 1 year starting in September 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Reporting to the Head of Global On-Trade Development, you will provide support for strategic On-Trade initiatives, which includes working on the Global On-Trade segmentation strategy (strong Excel skills required), data and reports analyses, support in presentations, contacting internal stakeholders (Pernod Ricard Markets), and working on several global On-Trade projects.

**Your key missions**:
**Support the Deployment of Pernod Ricard On-Trade Segmentation (PROS 2.0)**:

- Assist the Head of Global On-Trade Development with market data analyses, recurring reports, and presentations.
- Perform data cleaning, grouping, and analysis as required by the Global TECH Team.
- Act as a liaison with Market Companies to inform and suggest recommendations based on the Global Segmentation tool.
- Track the deployment status within several markets, manage multiple stakeholders, and follow up on the key benefits of using the global segmentation tool.
- Support the development of the PROS 2.0 digital dashboards.

**On-Trade Intelligence**:

- Analyze various data sources (IWSR, Trade press, CGA/Nielsen Reports) to provide quarterly updates on key On-Trade news, stats, categories, and trends.
- Generate and execute communication and interaction plans across multiple channels.
- Prepare intelligence reports for the On-Trade channel and work with the Pernod Ricard Markets on best practice sharing.

**Strategic Analyses and support for SIP Homepage | SIP - Pernod Ricard Global Trade Advocacy Program**:

- Collaborate with the Global Trade Advocacy Leader to prepare a continuous overview of Trade Advocacy actions by Pernod Ricard and the spirits industry.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations.
- Assist in communication with the Markets and feedback collection.
- Support the completion and implementation of the SIP Market Playbook.
- Support in coordinating SIP events and including post-event evaluations.

- You are fluent in English; French is an asset - International Team and environment.
- You have strong analytical, communication, and social skills, with a deep understanding of both Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a background in marketing, sales, trade marketing, consulting, and/or project management.
- You have knowledge of the On-Trade, hospitality industry, and digital communications.
- You have a passion for other cultures and a strong desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
