- We are currently seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in France, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the Integration software sector. With over 100 clients in France, this role is instrumental in achieving our business objectives by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and cultivating key customer relationships. The Sales Director France reports directly to the VP Sales South Europe and plays a pivotal role in the sales organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and the network of partners and hyperscalers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in our efforts to become the leading Integration platform globally.

Essential Functions- Lead and manage a sales team consisting of 8 Senior Account Executives specialized in API, integration & Data sales along with 2 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).-
- Execute sales strategies specifically focused on enterprise customers-
- Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners: AWS, MS, CAP Gemini, CGI, Accenture etc.-
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap and customer needs.-
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.-
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales activities.-
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectivenessMinimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Advanced degree preferred.-
- 15 years of successful experience in Software sales to the Middleware market-
- Experience managing and leading a seasoned sales team, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.-
- Strong technical understanding of Data, Application integration and API management or related technologies-
- Excellent knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices-
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building successful business relationships.-
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.- Nice to Haves_- Experience in working in an international environment.-
- Fluent in French and English-
