**Context**:
Worldline is best known as European leader in the payment industry. Worldline is also the editor of Worldline Contact, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution that helps banks, retailers and government bodies to manage their customer relationship. Worldline equips call centers for large customers in Europe with its solution.

To support the strong ambitions of this key product for Worldline, we’re looking for a Presales & Consulting Manager to lead the Presales & Consulting team.

**Role and missions**:
In a nutshell, your role will be to contribute to the success of Worldline Contact by **maximizing our chances to win new contracts and keep existing clients**. You will report to the Head of Product & Business.

You will lead a team of experts composed of Business Analysts and Solution Managers. You and them will be part of the core response team for RFPs together with a Bid Manager, a Project Manager and the Sales representative.

As a team leader, you will have four key objectives:
**Ensure team’s growth**
You will empower your team members by providing an environment suited for their growth. You will provide your support and your experience for them to grow and perform.

**Ensure client’s needs are met**
Technology is only here to serve business needs. You will ensure that the response that is built is answering those business needs

**Ensure the overall quality of the response**
You will be accountable for the overall quality of the response from a financial, technical, legal and business standpoint.

**Ensure adequate support to Integration Projects**
Presales activities will be a top priority for you. During periods with little to no RFPs, you will contribute to the success of existing clients by providing support and expertise to Integration Project teams.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You have an engineering background
- You have 5+ years of experience in an IT company in Presales
- You have leadership skills that you can demonstrate through past experiences
- You understand that technology is only a mean to meet the client’s needs
- You thrive working in a VUCA environment
- You are result oriented
- You’re looking for a solution when others see a problem
- Your English is almost as good as your French
- You have 3 years of experience on a CCaaS project or product
- Your English is just as good as your French
