Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Gestion d’offres pour intervenir au sein des activités de la direction Energy, sur une variété de projets : Transport et stockage gaz, liquéfaction de gaz naturel, énergies nouvelles et renouvelables (biogaz, hydrogène, biomasse, PV, et combustibles alternatifs), unités industrielles.
A ce titre, vos principales missions seront:
- Effectuer une veille commerciale / détecter les appels d’offres pertinents compte tenu de la stratégie de l’entreprise.
- Analyser les dossiers d’appels d’offres d’un point de vue technique, commercial et contractuel afin de préparer les réunions d’évaluation.
- En cas de décision positive de réponse à appel d’offre, préparer des propositions et de la remise du prix dans les délais impartis, à cette fin il faudra:
- Planifier le déroulement de la phase d’offre jusqu’à son émission en préparant les réunions internes obligatoires permettant le lancement de l’offre (KOM interne), la préparation (réunions d’avancement) et la validation de l’offre (revues d’offre, comités de risque si nécessaire) à émettre en termes de contenu technique, commercial, planning et réserves contractuelles
- Participer à la définition de la stratégie de réponse.
- Etablir un planning de réalisation des offres et définira les ressources nécessaires à leur préparation.
- Coordonner et participer à la rédaction des offres ainsi qu’à l’établissement du prix en lien avec la direction ingénierie et projet d’Energie.
- Chiffrer des prestations en appui des experts
- Préparer, animer ou participer aux revues d’offre et présentera la stratégie d’offre retenues.
- De formation ingénieur ou équivalent bac+5, vous justifiez de minimum 2 ans d’expérience idéalement acquises en discipline technique (instrumentation, mécanique, process) dans des fonctions projets dans le cadre de contrat EPCM / EPC ainsi qu’en proposition.
- Une expérience en estimation sera appréciée.
