Pharmaceutical Business Manager

As the Business Manager for Pharmaceutical Companion Animal Health, you will be responsible for developing business and partnerships with top pharmaceutical companion health companies. Your primary mission will be to expand Symrise Pet Food's customer and product portfolio offering in the pharmaceutical companion animal health sector, with a focus on drugs in oral form and nutritional supplements. This role aligns with Symrise Pet Food's strategy of "Creating our pharma business." Reporting to the Symrise Pet Food Global Sales Director, you will establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, define strategic goals, and drive commercial activities to enhance overall business and profitability. Tasks Key responsibilities - Manage the top 8 pharmaceutical accounts directly, including relationship management, strategy development, negotiation of pricing and commercial conditions. - Coordinate with regional sales teams to oversee other pharmaceutical accounts globally. - Develop Symrise Pet Food's solutions portfolio for the pharmaceutical industry by analyzing customer needs, monitoring the market and competition, and collaborating with internal resources to develop tailored products and services. - Expand the customer portfolio and increase sales and margins by defining and implementing the commercial strategy and action plan. - Contribute to the creation of our "pharma business ecosystem", operating in a project management framework and collaborating closely with regional teams. - Monitor sales and margins, implement corrective actions when necessary, and generate monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements**: What about you? Key attributes include understanding and addressing holistic business needs, excellent networking and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels within an organization. Fluency in English (oral and written) is required, and proficiency in French is a plus.
