Notre client, recherche un Customer Operational Support, poste à Rungis.

En tant que Customer Operational Support, au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée dans le secteur du transport et basée à Rungis, vous aurez comme missions principales les suivantes:

- L'analyse du besoin du client, de manière technique afin de lui apporter des solutions de transports adaptées,
- Le suivi du dossier de A à Z, en communiquant avec votre client à chaque étape de l'opération,
- Le support à l'établissement de SAP,
- Le SAV post opérationnel : Anomalie douane, litige transport, réclamation client,
- La compilation des documents, informations et instructions nécessaires afin d'ouvrir le dossier transport,
- La veille commerciale afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités et l'apport de solutions de manière proactive,
- La contribution à la bonne tenue des KPIs et data quality lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Issu d'une formation supérieure supply chain/commerce international, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans le domaine.

Vous êtes organisé, multitâche, ouvert d'esprit et avez le goût du challenge.

Vous avez une grande sensibilité pour la satisfaction client et vous êtes flexible dans un environnement en évolution.

Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis pour ce poste, afin d'échanger par écrit (70%) et téléphone (30%) avec nos clients à l'international.
